2. Information about ownership links
UADBB „Investicijų brokeris“ does not hold shares or capital in any insurer that confer 10 percent or more of the voting rights or represent 10 percent or more of the capital.
No insurer or parent undertaking of an insurer holds UADBB „Investicijų brokeris“ shares or capital that confer 10 percent or more of the voting rights or represent 10 percent or more of the capital.
3. Nature of remuneration
UADBB „Investicijų brokeris“ receives a commission for insurance mediation, which is part of the insurance premium. If a different remuneration model applies in a particular case, the client is informed before the contract is concluded.
4. Acting in the client’s interest
UADBB „Investicijų brokeris“ acts on the policyholder’s instruction and represents the client’s interests by selecting and offering insurance solutions from partner insurers.

5. Complaints
A client may complain about the activities of UADBB „Investicijų brokeris“ by email infodraudimopatarimai.lt or by post to Algirdo g. 25, LT-03219 Vilnius.
If the client is not satisfied with the reply from UADBB „Investicijų brokeris“ or the dispute cannot be settled amicably, the client may, under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, apply to the Bank of Lithuania for out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute or to a competent court.
A client may also submit a complaint about a broker’s professional conduct or ethics to the Insurance Brokers’ Chamber (www.dbr.lt).
