Svetainė arba Platforma – website www.draudykle.lt, which is an information and technology platform designed for comparing insurance quotes and initiating the conclusion of insurance contracts.
Brokeris - UADBB "Investicijų brokeris", a legal entity established in the Republic of Lithuania, with its registered office at Algirdo g. 25, LT-03219 Vilnius, company code: 300665316, registry administrator: the Vilnius Branch of the State Enterprise Center of Registers, authorized to engage in insurance brokerage activities and providing insurance brokerage services through the Platform.
Operatorius - UAB “Draudykle” – a legal entity established in the Republic of Lithuania, with its registered office at Liepų g. 64, Klaipėda, LT-92101, company code: 307878594, registry administrator: Vilnius Branch of the State Enterprise Center of Registers, email: infodraudykle.lt, which develops, administers, and provides technical support for the Platform.
Draudikas – the insurance company with which the insurance contract is concluded.
Vartotojas – a natural or legal person using the Platform.

1. General Information
- 1.1 The Terms of Use for the draudykle.lt website (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the rights and obligations of visitors to the Website and outline the terms and conditions for the provision of services on the Website.
- 1.2 By using the Website, Users confirm that they have read these Terms and agree to abide by them.
- 1.3 If the User does not agree to these Terms, they are not authorized to use the Website or its services.
- 1.4 The Broker reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, but will inform Users of such changes by posting them on the Website.
- 1.5 The website is being developed and we strive to maintain it in accordance with Technical Standard EN 301 549, Version 3.2.1 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA accessibility standards; read more about accessibility here.
2. Description of Services
- 2.1 The website provides users with the technical capability to compare insurance quotes from insurance companies and to initiate the conclusion of insurance contracts electronically. The information provided on the Website is for informational purposes only and should not be considered individual advice or a recommendation.
- 2.2 Users can choose from the following types of insurance: motor insurance (TPVCA, KASKO), property insurance (apartment, house, household contents), health insurance, travel insurance, liability insurance, and others listed on the Website.
- 2.3 Insurance premiums and quotes on the Website are calculated automatically based on the rates and terms provided by insurance companies and the data submitted by the User. The Broker is not liable for any inaccuracies in quotes or premiums resulting from incorrect or incomplete User data, information provided by third parties, or the operational characteristics of technical systems. The Broker makes no guarantees that these rates correspond to the rates actually applied by insurance companies at the time of concluding insurance contracts, and is not liable if these rates differ from the rates actually applied by the insurance company.
- 2.4 Please be advised that, when assessing insurance risks and providing insurance quotes, data about Users may be collected from the State Enterprise “Registrų centras”, AB “Regitra,” the Lithuanian Motor Insurers’ Bureau, UAB “Creditinfo Lietuva,” LTAĮA “Transeksta,” the State Enterprise Agricultural Data Center, and others.
- 2.5 By entering into an insurance contract through the Website, the User also authorizes the Broker to submit, on the User’s behalf, a request to the selected insurance company to enter into an insurance contract, to provide the insurance company with the data submitted by the User, transfer the insurance premium, and receive the insurance certificate and other documents related to the insurance contract.
3. User Obligations
- 3.1 The User agrees to provide only true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the preparation of insurance quotes and the conclusion of insurance contracts. In the event that the User provides personal data regarding third parties, the User thereby automatically confirms that they have a lawful basis for providing such data and assumes full responsibility for the lawfulness, accuracy, and potential consequences of providing such data.
- 3.2 Based on the data and information provided by the User, the Website generates insurance company offers for insurance contracts, determines insurance premiums, and sets other terms and conditions of the insurance contract. The User understands and agrees that the data provided by them through the Platform is transferred to the Broker and/or insurers for the purposes of submitting insurance offers and concluding contracts.
- 3.3 The user must keep their login credentials secure and not share them with third parties. The user is responsible for any consequences arising from the disclosure or misuse of their login credentials.
- 3.4 Users are prohibited from using the Website to engage in unlawful activities, provide misleading information, mislead third parties, disrupt the operation of the Website, or engage in any actions that may cause harm to the Operator, the Broker, insurance companies, or third parties.
- 3.5 The user is solely responsible for all actions taken using their account.
- 3.6 The User must verify the accuracy of the information provided on the Website before accepting an insurance quote or entering into an insurance contract. The Broker shall not be liable for any consequences arising from data that the User has not verified or has confirmed incorrectly.
4. Conclusion, Performance, and Termination of an Insurance Contract
- 4.1 An insurance contract is considered concluded only when the Consumer selects an insurance product, submits all required information, pays the insurance premium, and the insurance company confirms the conclusion of the insurance contract in accordance with its applicable rules.
- 4.2 Information regarding the insurance contract, including the insurance certificate, is provided to the User electronically—via email or through the User’s account on the Platform.
- 4.3 The User is responsible for providing a valid email address and other contact information. The Broker shall not be liable for any consequences if the User fails to receive information regarding the insurance contract due to incorrect information provided by the User.
- 4.4 The consumer has the right to cancel the insurance contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of its conclusion, in accordance with the procedures permitted by the rules governing the specific type of insurance and applicable laws. The request for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email draudimasdraudykle.lt.
- 4.5 The broker, acting on the User’s behalf, may perform actions related to the conclusion, performance, or administration of an insurance contract, to the extent permitted by law and contractual relationships with insurance companies.
- 4.6 In the event of technical or other issues that temporarily prevent the Platform from functioning, communication with the User and the provision of services may be carried out by other means.
5. Intellectual Property
- 5.1 All information, content, design, structure, text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, databases, offer generation logic, and technical and technological solutions are the intellectual property of the Operator, the Broker, and/or their partners and are protected by applicable laws.
- 5.2 The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the Platform solely for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms. Without the prior written consent of the Operator and the Broker, it is prohibited to copy, distribute, publicly display, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, use for commercial purposes, or otherwise dispose of the content of the Website or any part thereof.
- 5.3 The User is not permitted to alter, modify, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform or its software. Any unauthorized use of the Platform’s content or technical solutions may be considered a violation of the law and may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.
- 5.4 In the event of a violation of the intellectual property and usage restrictions set forth in this section, the Broker shall have the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to the User, as well as to claim compensation for all losses incurred.
6. Discounts
- 6.1 The broker may, at its discretion and at its own expense, apply discounts to insurance premiums under insurance contracts concluded on the Website. The Website visitor is deemed to have given clear and irrevocable consent to the rules governing the application of discounts. The Broker applies the discount at its discretion and expense. The insurance premium presented to the user is indicated with the amount of the applied discount, while the insurance policy specifies the full insurance premium.
- 6.2 If an insurance contract concluded on this Website, to which the Broker has applied a discount at its own expense, is terminated, and the insurer refunds to the policyholder all or part of the insurance premium specified in the insurance policy, including the amount of the discount applied, the policyholder must, no later than 5 days after receiving the refunded insurance premium or part thereof, transfer a proportionate share of the applied discount (in euros) for the entire insurance relationship specified in the insurance policy.
- 6.3 The Broker reserves the right not to apply, to revoke, or to refuse to apply a discount if it is determined that the User has provided incorrect information, acted in bad faith, abused the discount, or violated these Terms. You can read more about the discount program here.
7. Liability
- 7.1 The User is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data provided, as well as for all actions taken while using the Platform, and assumes liability for any losses incurred by the Operator, the Broker, or third parties as a result of the submission of incorrect data or a violation of the Rules.
- 7.2 The broker is not responsible for the content of offers provided by insurance companies or any changes thereto, the terms and conditions of insurance contracts as determined by the insurance company, insurance companies’ decisions regarding the conclusion, performance, or termination of insurance contracts, nor for the payment of insurance benefits, their amount, or the refusal to pay them.
- 7.3 The broker is not responsible for the decisions made by the User regarding the selection of an insurance product.
- 7.4 Neither the Operator nor the Broker shall be liable for any indirect losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or damage to reputation, arising from the use of the Platform or the conclusion of insurance contracts.
- 7.5 Neither the Operator nor the Broker is liable for the accuracy of the information provided on the Platform if it is obtained from third parties, nor for temporary disruptions in the Platform’s operation, unavailability, or technical glitches arising from the operation of third-party systems.
- 7.6 Neither the Operator nor the Broker shall be liable for any failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations if such failure or improper performance was caused by circumstances beyond their control (force majeure).
- 7.7 The Broker’s liability for insurance brokerage services applies to the extent provided for by applicable law; however, the Broker is not liable for the actions, decisions, or implementation thereof by insurance companies.
8. Complaints and Disputes
- 8.1 A consumer who believes that their rights or legitimate interests have been infringed has the right to file a complaint.
- 8.2 Before contacting dispute resolution authorities, the user agrees to first contact the Broker in writing via email infodraudimopatarimai.lt by filing a complaint and providing supporting evidence.
- 8.3 If the User is not satisfied with the response received or if no response is provided within the time limits set forth in the law, the User has the right to contact the Bank of Lithuania, the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (A. Goštauto St. 12, 01108, Vilnius, email: tarnybavvtat.lt(tel. +370 5 2626760) or other competent pre-trial authorities.
- 8.4 The user also has the right to defend their rights in court in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9. Final Provisions
- 9.1 These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- 9.2 These Terms may be amended unilaterally. Any amendments take effect upon their publication on the Platform, unless otherwise specified.
- 9.3 If any provision of these Rules becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
