1. Rules of the Discount Program

The rules of the UADBB Investment Broker discount program (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) provide information about the discount program operated and administered by UADBB Investment Broker (hereinafter referred to as the “Broker”) and administered by it, which applies to users of the Company’s services (hereinafter referred to as “Clients” or Program Participants) who purchase insurance services via the website www.draudykle.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Website). During the term of the discount program, Clients are given the opportunity to receive a discount at the Broker’s expense.

The Broker may, at its discretion and at its own expense, offer discounts on insurance contracts concluded through the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Discount”). By choosing to conclude an insurance contract on the Website and paying the insurance premium specified therein, the User is deemed to have read and agreed to the procedure for applying the Discount set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

In cases where a Discount applies to the insurance contract, the insurance premium shown to the User on the Website is reduced by the amount of the Discount. Meanwhile, the insurance policy specifies the total insurance premium calculated by the insurer, without deducting the Discount applied by the Broker.

The discount is provided to the customer at the Broker’s expense; therefore, the Broker covers the amount of the discount at its own expense, and in this way, the insurer is paid the full insurance premium specified in the insurance policy.

If an insurance contract to which the Discount was applied is terminated and the insurer refunds to the User all or part of the insurance premium specified in the insurance policy, including the portion of the Discount covered by the Broker, the User undertakes to reimburse the Broker, no later than within 5 calendar days of receiving the refunded amount, for that portion of the Discount that is proportionally attributable to the refunded portion of the insurance premium.

If it is determined that the User has provided incorrect or incomplete information, acted in bad faith, abused the Discount, or otherwise violated these Rules, the Broker has the right to demand the return of the Discount granted or a portion thereof.
